We’re all still working really hard to try and get everything done before the carnival.
As you were made aware by the last blog post we’ve added another stage to this year’s lineup.
After the immense talent that featured at last year’s event we have to dig that little bit deeper into our city’s talent in order to find some fresh material to feature in this year’s event.
I imagine the majority of our fans, readers and followers know of some of our undiscovered talent.
If you know of any one, singers, musicians, dancers, magicians, absolutely anyone who has any thing to show case whatsoever, give us a shout.
And don’t worry, we’re not as mean a Simon Cowell.
After a refreshingly productive meeting with the Six Towns One City Carnival team, we have a handful of exciting developments for those of you that are as excited about this year’s event as we are.

For those of you who have attended the carnival before, you’ll be aware of the strong live music element of the carnival.
Owing to sheer volume of Stoke based talent we’ve had to dedicate an entire stage for our home grown musicians.
Even though it’s not even May yet we’ve still got everything crossed in hopes of some good weather. The one thing we can guarantee is a nice cosy beer tent to keep your spirits up.
